Cram Group India Pvt Ltd provides services to its parent company The Cram Group LLC a leading IT services provider focusing on Architecture Engineering and Construction Industry in the U.S providing managed cloud hosting solution, custom software, application integration, and IT services.
We are looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated and self-directed inside sales professional who can join our group immediately to help us expand our company by new sales.
The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition by generating opportunities through multiple sales channels, including cold calling potential prospects in the U.S.
Therefore, international calling experience (min 2 years) to the U.S is a must with excellent communication skill and ability to meet targets, quota, and keen in revenue generation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to prospects
Learning prospects needs and offer solutions
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Setting up appointments for discussion
Building a sales opportunity pipeline by generating qualified leads
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
Working with the manager to prepare sales quotes, agreements and assist when closing the sale
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Working with the manager/client through the closing process and any additional tasks as required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in inside sales calling the U.S (Mandatory)
Experience in selling IT Managed Services, Cloud-based Solutions (Preferred)
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Able to chase revenue targets, and achieve
Comfortable working during U.S business hours
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
Energetic and goal-oriented, outgoing, and friendly behavior
Email etiquette, and ability to craft own messages for prospecting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, IT sales preferred.
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Self-motivated and self-directed
