2017 AGC Convention Las Vegas: Just WOW!
What an amazing experience! This year's conference went above and beyond any expectations we had here at AEC Cloud.

The sessions were on point and extremely informative. The people we met were energized and excited for the upcoming year.
It's an exciting time to be in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) Industry. So much new technology is becoming available to help increase productivity and give team members an in-depth view of the project at hand. Drones, laser measuring devices, BIM modeling, virtual reality & 3D, and integration of software data across applications. All of this adds up to a revolution in construction and how the industry approaches and executes a project.
An interesting angle that was present at the conference this year was the "human element". How are the building and projects affecting the communities and people that are using them. It's a factor that I never thought about, but is a critical element in the project development process. Homes, hospitals, schools. These buildings are used by people in communities everyday. The design and construction affects these communities at many levels, hopefully in a positive way. The work that we are doing today, has a real impact on this and future generations.
